so, it took me more than just the first cup of coffee before getting it right, this is all a learning curve for me.
for my first cup, I had it black. it was a bit bitter and acidic for my liking as i’m used to drinking coffee with something in it, but because I’m trying to appreciate each bean, I decided to stick it out and build my pallet and drink it black.
in my second cup, it was the same, so I went on the GGET website to read the description and it said dark, chocolate. it was definitely dark, but didn’t taste any chocolate. so I kept reading and it said espresso blend, tailored to express complexity and comfort in any milk beverage. hmm. I didn’t really have anything to make a latte with, so I just put a little creamer in, and wow, it changed everything. nowwwww I can taste the complexity and comfort. it was like enjoying a delicious latte made with a $20,000 machine in a coffee shop with just that little creamer. the flavor was full, chocolatey, and even had a nutty hint. i kind of screwed it over by adding more coffee, then cream, it ruined the ratio, but I’m definitely looking forward to brewing one amazing cup of coffee tomorrow!
